Deposit Terms

Qq1221 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in their respective promotion terms. The general conditions applicable to all qq1221 bonuses are as follows:

• The 150% Welcome Bonus up to RM888 is available to new members making their first deposit only. It is subject to a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• The Daily Sports Rebate of 5% is calculated based on the total settled sports bets placed on that day and credited the following day. The rebate is not subject to any wagering requirement.
• All bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before the conditions are met will be automatically debited from your account.

6. Game Rules

All games on qq1221 use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been independently verified by an accredited auditor to ensure the fairness and randomness of every outcome. The following general rules apply to all games on qq1221:

• All game outcomes generated by the qq1221 system are final. No appeals will be entertained for valid game results.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, qq1221 will make every effort to restore the session to its state prior to the interruption. If this is not possible, the affected bets may be voided and the funds returned to the account balance.

• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system weaknesses within the games or platform.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools intended to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Conducting "chip dumping" transactions in poker or other games to illegally transfer funds between accounts.
• Colluding with other players in a manner that manipulates game outcomes.

• Self-exclusion requests filed by the Member themselves.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the qq1221 customer support team. Any valid balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member upon completion of the verification process, provided there are no active withdrawal restrictions.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, qq1221 shall not be liable for:
